I am the current D.O.N at Country View Nursing Facility . I have been here since January 2011. I can speak from experience that being a D.O.N. is not an easy task...AND we can not please everybody. On the new Administrates behalf...she has done an exceptional job in her new position and in her prior one as D.O.N as well. When I came to the facility she was carrying the load as D.O.N. and Administrater because things were not getting done. She started here at Country View about 14 years ago in the Dietary department and worked her way up the ladder. Through her hard work, dedicaton, loyalty and, sencere concern for the facility, residents and staff she has made a wonderful Administrater. Let me add she is 31 years old and has become a very successful person at such a young age. If she was inexperienced at her new promotion our census would have declined...yet, it has improved. Our Corporate office hired and promoted her because she was highly educated and her longevity and dedication to Country View was outstanding. So in closing...a 31 year old woman, with her Masters in Nursing, about to complete her Nurse Practitioner education, raising 4 children and running a facility as Administrater...is pretty impressive. While working under her Ihave seen nothing less then professinalism.

Country View fired their last administrator to make room for the new joker. The Corperation and the new administrator had it planned for months. In fact they also fired their MDS/Social Services Director also and replaced her with as well. Many employees have left their jobs because of her and all of the buddies that have since been hired . Country View is a joke and obviously the company doesn't care.
I would never put my family there.

i worked at country view for a long time i have been through 2 administrators while working there both were a heck of alot better than the administrator they have now...since when in a nursing home do the residents come in second to the administative needs?? i feel this administrator is running this faciltly straight into the ground and alot of good hardworking people are having to pick up her slack,. she was a horrible DON so what makes the corp office think she is fit to run the whole facilty? maybe if she was less concerned about her personal life and more concerned about the task at hand then she would see who really matters in that facility and that is the residents and their families!!!!!.

I know many of the workers at Country view and they are not happy with the new managment. They fired the last administrator and this new one is a joke. Everyone I have talked to is tired of the tention and upheaval all the time.
The owner can't be happy with the way things are running. Maybe they need to hire another new administrator.

The administrator does not act like she is interested in the facility. I have been there and noticed she is more interested in palling around with other nursing staff, than she is in her job. Clicking around in high heel and thinks she knows it all. This is the impression I get. She needs to pay attention to her job duties. The last administrator they had was better. Actually the last two they had was better. They acted more mature and like they knew what they were doing.
