Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. The facility is always clean, the menu is nutritious, the staff is courteous and professional. The atmosphere is always cheerful when I visit and my loved one likes his surroundings and the staff. The on-site beauty/barber shop is very nice and the activity director fills the calendar with entertainment for all.
The nursing staff is extremely caring and attentive.

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

It was really loud in their office and it made the experience that much more stressful. They need to move to a quieter location. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
