Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. Social service department is awful. The young woman appears uneducated and difficult to understand. Strange people working here, would not send my worst enemy here.
