They answered most of my questions except they were prevented by circumstance from being completely open.. Their caretaking staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and took great care of the residents, never becoming flustered. One of the staff members brought in an afternoon treat she had prepared herself at home, and offered some to us as well. The atmosphere is cheerful and it's obvious they care for the residents as if they were family.
