The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business
was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
Since my mother has now been there going on three months, I found that after 4pm no one answers the phone and if someone does I was on hold for 20 mins. before I hung up. I found out later that after 5pm there is no receptionist to answer the phones and that the staff, nurses, cna, etc. are expected to answer the phones. This should not be. They are taking care of the residents and should not be expected to answer phones that may be required to follow through on a call. I have reported this to the Administrator who replied that they are aware of the problem and are trying to get each staff telephones to carry around with them. Again, the staff should NOT be required or ask to answer phones. What if an error occurs because they were multi-tasking.
