They promised a several things that they did not fulfill. I had to meet with them several times to ensure my relative was being properly cared for. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. The facility is very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family, but they're the only game in town.
