I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely
had doubts about their qualifications. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with
me and almost completely ignored me. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on
time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
