They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They genuinely care about everyone who comes into their office. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

They were late a few times to my appointments. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They had interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The doctors they referred me to were very good.
