Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
The medical assistant at the front desk is a bit impatient and unfriendly, but the rest of the staff is wonderful.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I love how friendly and welcoming they are here. They always go out of their way to make me feel right at home and comfortable. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

Dr. Berkhoff is nice and fine. The office is nice, but unfortunately the main nurse is rather off-putting and impatient. She has consistently made me feel nervous about answering questions and is not very calming. I figure she will not be at the birth so I'm trying to look past it, but be aware that she will not be part of a positive experience.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
