Appointments have always been on time and you don't wait like at most Dr. Offices. Dr. Bartl is to the point, will answer your questions (if you have them). Sometimes it feels a little rushed but in order to keep appointments on time that is probably what needs to happen (so it is probably good to have all your questions written down). Re-scheduling and scheduling is often more difficult (but this is probably due to the high health care needs) and when you have a quality provider then demand is high. Very satisfied overall...second time patient.

Dr. Bartle answered all our questions regarding future surgery and answered questions regarding procedures if he didn't have surgery. No complaints here !

Dr Bartl listened sincerely to certain concerns I had before surgery, as well as the rest of the staff. My surgery went well, and I have confidence that it is due to the level of expertise and experience of Dr Bartl. Recovery also went well working with staff and OT and PT during their hectic schedules. Most everyone was good humored about the overall experience with me, which was helpful in my after surgery state of mind. Dr Bartl saw me each day and in no way made me feel she was rushed in our visit. All good.

Follow-up for CT & Bone Scan . Discussed treatment options. Doctor Bartl was very direct, and precise in the manner that we are going to treat my back problem. She went through the C.T. Scans, and the results of the Bone Scan Knows my back well. Would advise people back, neck issues to see her. Very professional.Thank You,Dan B

Dr. Bartl has been a great neurosurgeon, from my first consult with her and through post-op care, even once returning home. Her staff made scheduling the surgery very easy, and the surgery itself went well.

The staff was fabulous. I was concerned because my last stay at Waukesha was terrible. However, the staff, and doctor were great this time.

I went in for a post operative appointment with Dr. Bartl and was quite concerned with the pain after 6 weeks after having my surgery. I met with Melissa her nurse first who is top notch always and then I met with Dr. Bartl who patiently listened to each one of my concerns and addressed each one. I went from very anxious to feeling very confident of where I was in the healing process. I left with a treatment plan that was understandable and comfortable with what I needed to do to progress in the healing process. Thank you very much Melissa and Dr Bartl for your great personal care of me!!

My experience with Dr Bartl was extremely positive and informative. I felt confident in her knowledge and recommended approach for work on my lower spine. She explained my condition thoroughly and consistently checked for any questions I may have had during our discussion. Unfortunately, when she explained the extent of my damage and showed me a model of the metal that would be needed for my spine, the reality hit me hard after over a year of other surgeries related to the injury that contributed to my back issues...my blood pressure dropped and I ended up lying on the floor nearly passing out (nice carpet, I must say :)). I was terribly embarrassed, but she made me feel as though there was nothing to worry about and let me take the time I needed to recover before we continued with the appointment. Her compassion and sense of calm reinforced my sense of ease in her approach. I look forward to working with her through this next phase in getting back to my active lifestyle.

I needed emergency spinal surgery and when I heard that Lynn Bartl was able to perform that surgery I was so happy and relieved. Her Father did brain surgery on my wife many years ago and his daughter Lynn did further follow-up brain surgery on her a few years back. Both of these operations were done with very little to no after effects on my wife, so I approached this spinal operation with the confidence that I would have if I were to go to a dentist for a teeth cleaning. I was not disappointed, as the operation came thru with results that could not have been any better. I am well on my way to complete recovery today and I would highly recommend Lynn Bartl for anyone contemplating brain or spinal surgery.

WE were treated very friendly and respectfully in the discussion. AS much as could be explained at this point was thoroughly covered. Time was given for any questions. Dr. Bartle was helpful in going over details from my MRI, what was to be expected in the cyberknife treatment and how it related to the rest of my treatment. Even though no treatment was given yet, I had confidence in the process and facility.
