They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
