The were all great - I did feel a little rushed out/dopey still at the end of the procedure but that was about all I would have changed. I am happy with the information I was given, questions were all answered and everyone has been very helpful and nice.

I was considering surgery regarding scars near both eyes. The damage was particularly bad on the right eye and included puffiness on the eyelid. I was self-conscious about how they looked. I met with Dr. LauKaitis to discuss what procedure(s) might help. He told me about a product called Sente that could possibly make a difference before doing surgery, if it came to that. I have been using Sente for six months and the improvement is amazing! I can hardly believe my eyes! I appreciate very much that Dr. LauKaitis took the more conservative approach first before considering surgery.

Would have liked to get more information regarding sutures and removal when removed i.e. sutures not removed would dissolve. Otherwise, great experience and all questions answered. Highly recommend practice and Dr. Laukaitis.
