I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe.
