I really appreciated that they didn't pressure me to schedule my surgery right away, or on a specific day. I was able to schedule it on the day I wanted to, and had plenty of time to think it over. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I am beyond happy with my results. They turned out far better than I could have ever hoped for.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I couldn't believe how critical they were of me during my appointment. They were extremely rude and insensitive. I couldn't believe how much they charged just for a consultation. It was almost as much as my actual procedure.

A close family member had a procedure to remove breast tissue (male) in January 2009. The doctor did a liposuction procedure. It worked great, and my family member is now very pleased with the result. I came back to this site to get information to refer a female friend. I was shocked to see the one-star rating. I don't know anything about the other reviewer, of course, but not only the close family member described above, but my ex-wife had surgery there with amazingly good results. In 2008, my ex had liposuction, a tummy tuck and more. She loves the results. Also, I know a professional locally that has gone to the doctor for several procedures and is extremely happy with him.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. It was nice of them to call me a few times after my family member's surgery to check up on him and ask how he was doing. They genuinely care about their patients. They were always ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment.

I am still going to refer my female friend to the doctor without any worry or concern.
