I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I was not happy then he requested I see another physician, this doctor has ruined my life, three knee replacements on the same knee in two years time and it still is not right. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me, they could have been nicer. They didn't display their qualifications on any of the walls. I had to wait a long time after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.
