Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
