The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was very comfortable the entire time.
Had to wait 35 minutes to see doctor. I have never been seen by him anywhere near the appointment time.

What a DUMP! This office looked like an episode of "HORDERS". I was the first patient of the morning and still was taken back 30 minutes after my scheduled appt. time. To say this place had "house-cleaning issues" would be an understatement. The bathroom ceiling was rotted out in one area leaving wires exposed, the sink was propped up with a piece of wood, and there was a hairbrush (used) laying next to a urine sample on the counter, GROSS! Gargage was as high as the counter in the lab and had spilled onto the floor. Blood splatter (dried) was on the wall in the patient room I was in, and the patient table was torn/worn so badly that the stuffing was hanging out. If I didn't need a CT order so badly I would of walked out the door. Every room or office looked like this!

I've been going here for almost ten years for epilepsy. It's taken 2 months and his staff still can't properly fax a medical review to the dmv so i can get my dl back. not to mention i just got a bill from collections because last august when they checked my levels they didnt bill my insurance correctly, the one that hasnt changed in 3 years! will be switching doctors asap.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
