Dr. Parker is very knowledgeable and kind, and I believe he can truly help someone with chronic, misdiagnosed health issues. However, other than himself and his nurse, Jeanette, his staff needs major improvement. His physician's assistant seems to have a Napolean complex and zero bedside manner. I actually felt WORSE after seeing her. His receptionist rarely answers the phone and rarely returns my calls and seems very disorganized. I am still waiting on an answer that I called for a question about a month and a half ago (an important medical concern). I agree with the above comment in that I too have felt very rushed while I have been there for appointments. At $200/15 minutes, maybe they are trying to give their patients the most bang for their buck, but I would rather that they take their time and listen to my concerns. I have not been back to their office for over a year because of feeling like I was not a priority to them. It's a real shame, because like I said in the beginning, I believe that Dr. Parker means well, but his staff makes his entire practice appear inadequate.
