They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

A good basic Primary physician office. Being an osteopathic doctor, his training is not only fully M.D. stuff, but includes some more natural remedies ... which I find desirable and valuable. Has x-ray machine on site.

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. For a family doctor, they are rather cold and unfriendly. I would prefer it if they weren't so distant and impersonal.
