I was left in the exam room by myself, but they eventually returned. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their patients. They strive to maintain a professional appearance. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Their office was quiet and peaceful, but there is also a TV in one corner for those who want to watch while waiting.

Dr. Combs is attentive, humorous, caring, and professional. I have never felt like she was in a hurry and always left the office with the information I needed/desired for my own care. I have recommended her to several people already, and continue to do so when friends/family express a need for a physician.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
