Dr. Dang-Vu made sure every single question I had was answered. The staff is very professional. I was very pleased with the examination and the competency of the doctor. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back for my annual checkup.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
