It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
