I started seeing this doctor over a year ago and have never been so mistreated by a doctor and staff. Their front/desk and reception, billing and clinical team were rude and unprofessional. My original problem was never resolved and unnecessary and unhelpful tests were ordered. At one point I found I was pregnant and having a difficult time with the pregnancy, the nurse in the lab said to use an ICD9 code of "exposure to sperm" and laughed with the rest of the staff. They made me feel horrible and to date, the front desk and clinical team does not return my calls and never refills the necessary prescriptions they are supposed to. Please be advised before going to this office, they will be disrespectful, late and behind schedule and will not resolve any of your health issues. It is unfortunate and people need to know not to trust this team with you or your family's care.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
