Have been a patient of Dr. jones for five years. I have a liver disease, from having hepatic B auto immune disease. He is probably the finest dr. I have had over the years. Very concerned ,always friendly, gives all details. I just went in for a yearly follow up. Doing great, thank you Dr. Jones for all you have done for me and thanks to the staff and all personal for the reminders you send for all of the follow ups that I have to have... Jean

The diagnosis was done methodically and my colonoscopy procedure was done well. The results post procedure was very positive and my condition improved dramatically for the good. The doctor was very professional in his approach and was very patient in hearing me out and understanding my symptoms and suggested appropriate steps forward. to deal with my condition and alleviate my concerns.

My recent visit with Dr. Jones was my semi-annual follow-up regarding my treatment for Crohn's Disease. The 'new' office location is very pleasant and the staff followed Dr. Jones from his office at the TOSH complex. Each interaction I had on my recent visit was just as with previous visits: The staff is competent and engaged in their professional pursuits, rather than chatting about whatever in the background while the patient waits for assistant. Dr. Jones is in my opinion, a life-saver. I sought a competent gastroenterology practice from my family physician when he recommended colonoscopy after a suspicious CT scan. Utah Gastroenterology was the only practice recommended. Dr. Jones was the 1st physician with an opening to do the colonoscopy, so I took the appointment. Dr. Jones' professionalism and competence at that colonoscopy were very reassuring in light of the diagnosis of a nasty case of Crohn's. I determined to stay with Dr. Jones through the initial testing procedures to verify Crohn's and the determination of what treatment would work for me. Because of Dr. Jones' deep concern for MY case and well-being, we hit on a combination of biologics and other immunosuppressive drugs that that turned me from a frightening 30 LB weight loss in 6 weeks to, after a period of recovery, feeling about 95% of where I was pre-diagnosis. I highly recommend Dr. Jones as a gastroenterologist -- especially if you suspect Crohn's Disease. I'm always pleased to hear he is engaged in ongoing education on Crohn's, the latest treatments and research results. In my case, his knowledge and concern about my well-being very literally saved my life had I gone without treatment or selected someone with less knowledge or concern during my health crisis. Thanks, Dr. Jones!
