Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. The doctor was friendly enough during our appointment. I wasn't too impressed with their manner. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

I was referred to Dr. Grua by my neurologist. He was very short terse and dismissive. He stated in his report to my neurologist that he was far too busy to see "every obese patient who thinks they have a disease". Thankfully I found a great endo who found a tumor and helped me get well. Whetever you do do not visit this doctor.

Dr. Grua was very friendly but a waste of time. He began by dropping my thyroid dose for Hypothyroidism very low "just to see what would happen." Also, he did not like dealing with dessicated medication but preferred to use a synthetic form of medication so he switched me. After a summer being an "experiment," my thyroid levels did not rise on their own and he told me, "Maybe you are just the low on the Bell curve (!?)" Knowing that my husband and I were trying (and had not been able to conceive a baby), he kept me on a very low dose of thyroid because "it probably won't hurt"!? I left to find a doctor who could help my low thyroid and help me have a baby (and more energy). Who wants to be 36 and the bottom of a thyroid bell curve?
