I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit... I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

My visit to Dr. Moore's office would have to be one my worst doctor visits EVER! What's sad is that it all started with my first phone call to there office. The girl on the phone stated that I would not want to come in on a Friday because I would have to see Dr. Moore's associate and she would not want her or any of her family to have a procedure done by him. Who says that????? Especially when they work for BOTH of the doctors!!!!! Well I had read good reviews on Dr. Moore so decided that I would still like to see him. I researched him and the only information that I could find involved ears and hearing aids. I called the office to confirm that he did fix deviated septoms and the lady confirmed that he does all ENT related procedures. I went in to his offfice after rushing 45 minutes from my job and was there from check in to check out 20 minutes. Keep in mind that includes waiting! He looked at my nose and said it was a complicated procedure and 10 years ago he would have fixed it but now there is a guy in the area who loves my kind of problem and I would best to see him. He then walked me up and I asked "so I owe you $40 (my co-pay) for you to refer me to a more competent ENT" and he replied.... "well Sweetheart that's my time". Horrible experience!!!! I did not go to one specialist to be referred to the same kind of specialis who LOVES my problem.
