Dr tobin was is not. caring or competent. One he has your money, he doesn't give a crap about you. He screwed up my augmentation. I was advised to let him try to "fix" it by another surgeon. I did so but had to pay him out the gazoo AGAIN. The second surgery was just as bad as the first in under a week!! On top of that he made incisions I was unaware of as a "freebie"??? I am lucky I didn't rip them since I was unaware of them!!! Lastly, there is an option that might have helped me but he chose not to tell me about it I later learned!! Unsuspecting clients.......go elsewhere!!!!!

Drt Tobin is indeed a very daring doctor, and an artist as well. Great experience. The staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the everything, the surgery was much easier than I anticipated.HIGHLY recommended
