I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. Whenever my child has been sick, they usually don't get seen for at least a month. I worry that my child will need to be seen right away and won't be able to get in. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality.

The office is okay, but I usually have to wait at the window a while before someone opens it. They really need a bell or someone dedicated to taking care of people at the window. Once the room is ready, it seems to usually take 30-45 minutes for the doctor to show up. Once she is there, everything goes great.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They tried to make the waiting room kid-friendly with a few toys and magazines, but they didn't really have anything my kids were interested in. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
