I went to Dr. Swanson's office because it was near my home. After a few visits I noticed that the office staff is EXTREMELY rude, not helpful and just flat out lazy. I never received any follow up calls or was asked for a follow up appointment. Very unprofessional staff. They should not be in the pediatrics business. They seem like they don't even like children! I highly suggest you do NOT take your infants/kids to this office.

Dr. Swanson has taken very good care of all 3 of my children. I even called her office at 3:45pm on a Friday for a sick appointment and they got me in. Even her nurse practitioner, Janett is awesome. They concentrate on my kids and take their time with us instead of rushing us through the appointment to get to the next. I always feel like my questions are thoroughly answered and leave feeling like I received the best care possible. Even the receptionist is great. Dr. Swanson and her team are very down to earth and dedicated to the well being of their patients.

I know that I can always trust them to have my child's best interest in mind. They've always put my child's needs first. I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained.They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Yes, even if it's a common cold, they run many expensive tests

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
