it was an overall ok experience it is a nice place for the children and i would definitely will be returning because they are the only childrens facility that i know that is really good in our area. So hands down i will be returning for my childrens medical needs

They were average
If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision?
No, but they thoroughly explained why every vaccination was important
Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details?
Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, it was rather cramped

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. When my child is sick, they usually can't get them in on the same day, but I know they work hard to get us in as quickly as possible. I never have to wait long. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
