They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored.

Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. The waiting room didn't have much as far as entertainment for kids went. No TV's or toys, just a few outdated magazines. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Misdiagnosed my child - cost me $185. We had to wait over an hour (we were the only patients there) before the doctor came in the front door with two kids carrying shopping bags. Both times! No apology or anything. Needless to say, I have found a new pediatrician in the area called Willow Bend Pediatrics, which is a very professional office with several competent doctors available.
