This doctor only cares that my soon to be ex is a doctor. He spent more time talking about my soon to be ex than me. But my real issue now, years later, is he lost my medical records and he is discussing my medical records with my soon to be ex. His office staff, specifically Susan would not call me back and after 1 and 1/2 weeks with not one return phone call she finally accepts the call only to tell me that I am harrassing them. Hello?????? You have my medical records, or you did till you lost them. You refuse to discuss my medical records or who is allowed or not allowed to discuss my medical situtaion and I am harrassing you. You could have once returned my phone call. Dr. Holiner is in charge and is allowing his staff to do whatever they want. No explanation for no return phone calls. No explanation for missing records. and violating hippa for speaking to my ex. Id run from this office.

I have been going to the office for a year but I have only seen Dr. Holiner for ten minutes at the beginning. He has a nurse practitioner do your history and then he rushes in and gives you a diagnosis and rushes out, After that you see a psychiatric nurse who very nice but ultimately he is not in charge. Dr. Holiner is. I resented the fact that someone who only seen me for 10 minutes was making decisions about my care. I am not sure why I stayed as long as I did but I am currently looking for a new doctor. One that will actually see me.

Do not use Dr Joel Holiner. To me he represents the typical stingy "jew." .This review comes from , me, a person with a nearly perfect score in behavioral neuroscience at UT Dallas. Dr Holiner among everyone else at Green Oaks medical staff will pretty much used any of my communications with them as an indicator of "mania." They typically claimed that my speech came across as pressured and grandiose. This results in the over-prescription of risky and certainly dangerous benzodiazepines and atypical antipsychotics among other pharmeceuticals. This among his tolerance of patient smoking constitutes the major reasons why you should not trust this financially motivated punk! This comes at the expense of neglecting the myriad of clinically studied natural alternatives available Over the counter for considerably less money. Lithium probably represents the only prescription substance that I would consider somewhat useful. Avoid this maniac at all costs, he will endanger your well being.
