We found Dr. Ceballos to be nice enough, but very remote. He didn't want to know much about my adolescent son (the patient), and kind of lectured us both on psych basics without really knowing our history or our own understanding of my son's condition. He was willing to try new meds we suggested, for which I'm grateful. But he didn't seem invested in getting to know us beyond the vital data.
