Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I feel like he doesn't spend much time with me and I feel rushed frequently. It was not uincommon to wait over an hour past my appointment time for him to come to the room.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Joseph Kilianski, Jr., MD was very thorough and informative. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
