This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
