I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

I have been to this office a total of three times and will not be going back.

First visit (2007): I went in for an IUD and the procedure itself went fine. The exam table could be positioned better as it leaves you in full view when they open the door to enter/exit. The front desk women are really unprofessional. There is one that I have seen each visit and she always has hickeys/bruises all over her neck. She was pregnant and super rude about my method of payment. She insisted she told me over the phone that I couldn't write a check and she hadn't. I remembered the conversation well because I had lost my wallet (and the debit card in it) and wanted to make sure I would have an acceptable form of payment. At no point on the phone did she tell me it was cash or debit card only. I tolerated the bad attitude because the IUD was significantly cheaper there than any other place I had called. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Second visit (2009) Annual visit - fee is $75 without insurance

Third visit (2010): IUD removal and annual exam. I did not see the doctor for either procedure. Instead, they brought in some sort of nurse practitioner. The annual exam was the least thorough one I've experienced. The breast exam lasted five seconds. FIVE SECONDS. Oh, and they charged me $225 for just the annual since I used insurance this time. I guess that wouldn't have been big deal, but I hadn't met my deductible and resented paying double for the exact same thing I received last year.

The Christmas lights were still up during my most recent (and final) visit. It was February.
