Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I have already recommended them to my friends and loved ones. I was so impressed with their care and treatment! I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Somewhat, they should have been more polite

No, and they don't make an effort to even try

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

Dr. Todd is the attending physician at a nursing home facility in Wells, Tx.and the hospital in Lufkin, Tx. caring for a family member. This family member has been suffering a number of years from a number of ailments. He was recently placed in the hospital in Lufkin, Tx., now in ICU.
We have placed several calls to Dr. Todd and left numerous messages since June 22, 2008. He has yet to return any of our calls to discuss his condition, which is very serious as of today-June 28, 2008.
We're extremely disappointed for his seemingly lack of interest in his patient, our family member. We just need answers.
