There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

I was looking for a kind, understanding M.D. in the Houston area, since my move from New York. Dr. Frazier met and exceeded all my expectations! He sent me my labs via e-mail, he was patient, understanding, kind ...and just a really wonderful soul. Soo glad I found him!

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
