They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else.
