I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day.

I switched to this office from the FM78 Office. What I really love is how friendly the staff is here. I see the same doctor (Benavides), who has always been great, but the experience in this office makes me feel so much more welcome. The staff is polite, sympathetic to my situation, and makes me feel cared for. Their office is well organized and clean. This is a far cry from the experience at the FM78 office where the staff is indifferent and uncaring. I have to go further now, but it is worth it.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. All my concerns were taken care of and all the staff has been very professional. Plus, since I'm a stay at home mom and have limited resources and no insurance, this office has always worked with me.
