They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary
