It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
