I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
