It is very difficult to schedule appointments, and phone calls are not returned with several days time. My mother had just been discharged from a nursing facility and had filled 1k worth of Rx. On her second visit, Dr. Berg threw almost half of them in the trash, saying she didn't need them. In the next 2 weeks, he had to represcribe 5 of the Rx, costing her money and me the time to do all the delivering. He seems to have no concern for geriatric patients or putting additional stress on their caregivers.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
