Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Dr. Tilkin always spends plenty of time with me in the exam room, making sure all my questions and concerns are answered.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
