I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their staff is friendly and professional. . I will definitely refer my friends and my family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

I've been seeing Dr. King for about six years now. Dr. King is well known within the transsexual community and, as a transsexual woman, I found Dr. King to be kind, supportive, and well informed. I can happily and strongly recommend Dr. King and her staff to any transsexual individuals. She and her staff are kind, supportive, professional, and understanding.

I don't have complaints about the Dr., herself, but I am slightly annoyed that she only authorizes 6 months of birth control at a time. She's the only doctor I've had that does this.... It's kind of a pain in the butt to have to call into the office to have her reauthorize another 6 months. Recently, I had to call in 2 times to get my prescription re-authorized and when I went to pick it up, it wasn't even called in my Dr. King, herself...someone else named Dr. Hornsby (never met her before), plus only 1 extra month was authorized, not 6...meaning, I'm going to have to go through this whole process again in a month. PAIN IN THE REAR END. seriously. One other complaint...her office hours are really inconvenient for those of use who actually work during the week.

I like the doctor, but the staff is terrible. Calling in is the most difficult, and the office is closed a lot of times on weekdays, which makes it difficult to get in to get prescriptions refilled timely. A secondary physician to help fill in days would be nice, and the staff, again, is abhorrent
