After going into the Dr today I realized that they have been billing me incorrectly. I realize that this office only cares about the dollar not the patient. Even after I explained to them my coverage, they argued with that they have to go by what the computer says. I then called my insurance company to confirm what I already knew. So before you pay them a dime, make sure that you check with your insurance to make sure that they are billing correctly. I feel that they have already stolen hundreds from me and my family. To top it all off, I never got seen because they wanted me to pay for something that my insurance covers 100%. Which I verified with my insurance company. My insurance company recommended other doctors in the area. The receptionist was not friendly at all and likes to argue with you even thought you know your own coverage! Very rude doesn't take the time to listen to you. This office is all about the money now.
