I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

I went to this doctor and he was very rude to me, I was speaking to him and he turned his back on me while I was still talking. He made a rude statement about my profession of physical therapy to me saying "there's one of those popping up on every corner". I don't think he has the best interest of his patient's in mind if he doesn't even consider physical therapy as a professional establishment and thinks that the physical therapist is no more than a business that could "pop up on every corner" like Starbucks! PTs are highly educated and knowledgeable health care providers. I wouldn't return to this clinic for my health needs if Dr Hood doesn't even consider alternate healthcare services for his patient's. Also his staff member (woman) was typing on the computer and never even looked at me when I was trying to ask her a question and leave my papers. I had to leave my paperwork on her desk beside her and she didn't even look up at me when I left it, she was too busy with her typing!
