As a nursing professional, I know that I recieve a high level of professional, quality care when I see Dr. Hazlewood. He calls it like it is based on his years of experience and training. I was so impressed with him, that I've recommended him to everyone I know. There are extremely limited Pain Management providers who offer alternatives to narcotic medication and the alternative allows me to continue to lead a productive, full life. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
