No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

Yes, but their answers were confusing

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome.
